Northern California Fly Fishing
Welcome to Trinity River's
Most Exclusive FLY-Fishing Guide Service
For Steelhead and Salmon
Whether it's fly fishing
for Steelhead, King Salmon, or that trophy Brown Trout, Trinity
River Adventures is the professional guide service to use. Our
guides are experienced, and are on the water 200 + days a year
(so we know where they are). Our driftboats, rafts and power boats
are top of the line and fully equipped with state of the art gear
and tackle.
Trinity River Adventures base of operations is outside of Lewiston
California, seven miles below Lewiston Lake on the banks of the beautiful
Trinity River. The Trinity River starts in the Trinity Alps National
Forest, and winds its way down to Trinity Lake, created by Trinity
dam. Trinity Lake empties its water into Lewiston Lake, a long narrow
lake that creates the new head waters of the famous Trinity River.
We
guide the Trinity River from the fly water at the base of Lewiston
Dam to the Hoopa reservation 90 miles down river. The Trinity is
one of the most pristine river wildernesses on the west coast; People
can't believe they are in California. We have two dozen access points
where we get in and out of this stretch of river, depending on fish
concentrations and style of fishing. If we are Spey fishing we are
more likely to be down river where it opens up.
